Standard Contract Terms

· Minimum contract amount – USD 200 (USD 90 for fixed placements, main page, one day)

· Placement of ads is subject to 100% prepayment.

Special Formats

· For flash banners, standard sizes, placement rates are increased by 20%

· Placement rate for active rich-media advertising ( including pop-up, pop-under, opening, interactive, etc. banners) – USD 50$ per 1000 exposures.

· Placement rate for text strings, main page – USD 50 per week (up to 100 characters).

Technical Placement Conditions

· Standard formats: GIF/JPEG; 234x60 pix and 125x125 pix – up to 12Kb.

· The advertiser gets free online access to the statistics on site visitors. For all types of placements, rotation of several banners is possible.

· The "News and Comments" section includes the following subsections: Financial News, Special Reports, Economics Reports, Daily Summary, Leading Broker Reviews.

Additional Terms

This document is not a public offer. K2Kapital reserves the right to refuse to place advertisement without explanation.
